Basic approach to corporate governance

The Company has a basic policy of shareholder-oriented management, and considers the establishment of a business management structure that ensures management efficiency, transparency, and soundness for the purpose of increasing earnings and corporate value as a going concern to be the foundation of corporate governance and strives to enhance such a structure.
